Accenture set to acquire Indian Industrial AI Company

Accenture, a leading IT services and consulting company in Dublin, has agreed to acquire Flutura, an industrial artificial intelligence (AI) company headquartered in Bangalore, India.

Accenture helps businesses, governments, and various organizations build digital cores, simplifying processes, accelerating revenue growth, and improving citizen services. It operates in several countries worldwide, including the United States, India, Nigeria, and South Africa, serving clients in various industries. 

Accenture will bring Flutura's powerful AI technology capabilities and approximately 110 professionals dedicated to industrial data science services to clients in the energy, chemical, metals, mining, and pharmaceutical industries. 
Acquiring Flutura expands Accenture's industrial AI offerings to improve plant, refinery, and supply chain performance, helping customers achieve their net-zero goals faster.
