Africa's top tech innovation center, Co-creation Hub (CcHUB), has recently announced the expansion of its operations into Tanzania with the launch of CcHUB Namibia, extending its network further south of the continent. CcHUB is renowned for its commitment to promoting the use of social capital and technology for economic success in Africa. The new location in Tanzania seeks to foster creative and innovative ideas.

CcHUB, widely considered the largest innovation hub in Africa, has recently launched a $15 million accelerator program called "The Edtech Fellowship Program." The program aims to support and develop 72 entrepreneurs in Nigeria and Kenya over the next three years.

CcHUB has been a significant player in the African startup ecosystem since its launch in 2010, supporting the growth and development of startups across the continent. The hub has enabled several startups to access and expand into new markets.

Apart from expanding into Tanzania, CcHUB has launched its Seedr program, a six-month acceleration program for early-stage technology startups, in Botswana. It has also established its Design Lab in Kigali, Rwanda, and acquired the Kenyan tech incubator iHub.

Over the past ten years, CcHUB has supported the development and launch of over 650 cutting-edge digital firms in Africa, addressing societal concerns such as budget transparency, physical fitness, education, fintech, healthcare delivery, and sustainability.
