Dream VC Announces Revamped 2025 VC Training Programs, Unveils New Tools & Expanded Curriculum

Dream VC, the leading venture capital education institute in Africa, has officially opened applications for its highly anticipated 2025 venture capital training programs. Building on its reputation for training top-tier investors and investment firms across emerging markets, Dream VC is returning with enhanced resources, innovative curriculum updates, and groundbreaking tools tailored for the investment ecosystem.

This year, Dream VC introduces two new editions of its flagship programs—Investor Accelerator (IA) and Launch Into Venture Capital (LIVC)—alongside the unveiling of pioneering resources aimed at strengthening the African investment landscape. New offerings include:

- The Founders Personality Test (a.k.a. KMBC Ultimate Wildcard Test): A revolutionary tool available now, designed to help investors and ecosystem builders comprehend various founder archetypes and their potential for venture-scale businesses.

- The First-Ever Comprehensive African Investment Salary Report: A detailed study slated for release soon, providing salary benchmarks across venture capital, private equity, and impact investment firms, reflecting over 10% of employees in the industry.

At Dream VC's 2025 Annual Strategy Meeting, the institute showcased its significant contributions to the investment ecosystem, highlighting remarkable milestones:

- Over 70 venture capital and private equity firms currently employ Dream VC fellows.
- More than 250 individuals have successfully completed Dream VC's intensive annual programs.
- Dream VC fellows manage or work at investment firms with a collective $7 billion+ in Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Alumni represent over 50 nationalities.
- Dream VC events have mobilized over 2,000 individual investors and venture capitalists.
- Since 2021, the institute has received over 5,000 applications.
- The internal team has expanded to seven core members, all of whom are alumni from previous cohorts.
