The tech giant's commitment to rewarding exceptional talent is showcased in the leaked internal data obtained by Business Insider. According to the report, in 2022, the median total compensation for Google employees reached a staggering $279,802. However, it is the jaw-dropping salaries of software engineers that truly steal the spotlight. Notably, the maximum equity a software engineer could obtain in 2022 amounted to an astonishing $1.5 million.

Beyond the realm of software engineering, Google's commitment to recognizing talent is evident throughout the organization.
