Mark's job is to map out and drive InDrive's business strategy, scale the company's investments and new businesses, and optimize internal procedures. He reports directly to inDrive's founder and CEO, Arsen Tomsky. He will also lead the expansion of inDrive's inVision hub, which supports efforts for justice and equality in the fields of science, education, sports, and the arts.
The appointment takes place as InDrive evolves into a global, multi-vertical collection of businesses.
This new decentralized structure will promote expansion across new verticals by allowing for more nimble decision making.

Mark Loughran joined inDrive from Honeywell, where he held the position of President for Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, he oversaw Microsoft's Commercial Cloud Business in Poland, resulting in a $1 billion investment in digital transformation. He has held executive positions with prestigious corporations like GlaxoSmithKline, Nokia, Pace International, and his own firm where he provided guidance to IT businesses on consumer strategy and execution.
Mark graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA, MA, and PhD in natural sciences.
The global mobility and urban services platform inDrive is based in Mountain View, California, in the United States. The inDrive app was the second-most downloaded mobility app in 2022 with over 175 million downloads. Along with ride-hailing, inDrive offers a growing number of urban services, such as intercity travel, freight delivery, courier delivery, and job listings.
