Termii Elevate 3.0: Shaping the Future of Communication Technology.

The Termii Elevate 3.0 conference took place at The Zone Tech Park, gathering innovators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders for a day dedicated to the future of communication technology. The event featured speeches from notable industry figures who shared valuable insights about the importance of communication in business.

Babajide Duroshola, a key speaker, highlighted the critical need for accuracy in communication. He illustrated this by saying, “Imagine giving out wrong information to about 3,500 people,” emphasizing the potential harm of misinformation.

Oluwawolede Adeniyi, also known as Lede, stressed the need for intentional communication that aligns with business goals. “Effective communication creates awareness about products through various channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter,” he noted. Adeniyi’s talk focused on using multiple platforms to reach the right audience effectively.

Another speaker, Adeniyi Babajide, discussed communication's human aspect, emphasizing team appreciation and encouragement. He stated, “Communication is about appreciating efforts and managing professional relationships effectively,” highlighting how recognizing team efforts can motivate and align them with company goals.

Toyin Adepegba addressed the foundational role of communication in business operations. She remarked, “Without a shared understanding of business objectives, effective communication cannot occur.” Adepegba stressed that communication is essential for team alignment and cohesion.

The conference also featured the Pitch Perfect Competition, where entrepreneurs presented their innovative ideas to a panel of judges. The winners were:

  • Supplya (Winner): Received #750,000, a 20% Termii startup discount voucher, and a 7-week accelerator program.

  • Cash Africa (First Runner-Up): Awarded #500,000, a 20% Termii startup discount voucher, and a 7-week accelerator program.

  • Ridefraser and SUWK (Skill Up With Kahdsole) (Second Runner-Up): Each received #250,000, a 20% Termii startup discount voucher, and a 7-week accelerator program.


These prizes demonstrated Termii’s commitment to fostering innovation and supporting emerging talents.

In addition to the speeches and competition, the event included an exhibition where tech companies showcased their latest products and services. Attendees had the opportunity to see cutting-edge innovations and network with potential investors, partners, and customers.

Termii Elevate 3.0 highlighted the essential role of clear, intentional communication in business growth and innovation. The event showcased diverse insights from industry leaders, the dynamic energy of the Pitch Perfect Competition, and the latest advancements in communication technology.
