About

We are developing a business and communication management tool for social commerce to help online sellers handle their interactions from multiple sales channels at the same time without losing their deals. - The majority of online buyers prefer to stay on social media. This has compelled online sellers to establish their business on these channels. However, social media platforms are not designed for business transactions. They lack essential tools for order management, logistics, etc. Also, they don't provide deal-supporting features for buyers like payment handling or warranty options, which has led to extensive fraud in all such sales channels. - Our platform connects social media channels and players, like sellers, buyers, delivery service providers, etc, under one roof. We provide deal security features for buyers to encourage them to reach out to more sellers, and business administration tools to the sellers to be able to handle and process bigger volumes. - We are not going to compete with existing e-commerce platforms, but we will make them partners. We provide the features that they don't have - operations management for social media platforms and communication channels for regular online stores. Our business model is different from the regular e-commerce model. We charge 0 commission from sales. - This way, we create a comprehensive e-commerce ecosystem, especially for Africans. Buyers will stay on social media and connect to sellers in their habitual ways, while sellers communicate with their customers and manage their orders using our professional business tool. Easily scaleable model to boost sales across Africa. - The timing is the best right now, because regular e-commerce stores in Africa have been shrinking their operations recently, year by year, while social commerce has been, oppositely, skyrocketing. It vividly indicates that a traditional e-commerce model does not work in Africa. It's time to provide what is needed. - We launched MVP in Lagos, in September 2023 and, so far, have onboarded over 700 sellers with over 3000 products listed on our first sales channel.
