President Ruto also said, "This decision to open a new tech center in Kenya shows that AWS trusts our people and our economy."

Uwem Ukpong, who works at AWS, said that this center will let local people use their tech skills to get good jobs. He said, "We are happy to create new tech jobs in one of Africa's biggest tech places."

President Ruto also talked about how the government wants to make Kenya a good place for businesses in East Africa. He said, "Kenya is a stable and secure country. People here like to make new things, and it's easy to do business because taxes are low."
