AWS Startups is now accepting applications for its 2025 Generative AI Accelerator. An intensive eight-week program designed for early-stage AI startups around the world. Combining virtual and in-person sessions, the accelerator provides technical, business, and go-to-market support for startups building the next generation of generative and agentic AI solutions.

Are You Eligible?
To qualify, startups must:

Be less than five years old
-
Focus on generative or agentic AI (e.g., model fine-tuning, ML infrastructure, tools)

Have a working MVP, some customer traction, and be preparing for their next funding round

Already using AWS, though not mandatory, will benefit most from technical support
Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on:

Strength and experience of the founding team

Technical depth and innovation

Product-market fit and scalability

Clear application of generative AI, especially at the infrastructure or model layer
