The Rural Area Programme on Investment for Development (RAPID) aims to empower communities in rural and underserved areas by providing affordable loans at 5% per annum, along with business advisory and training services. This initiative focuses on micro, small, and nano businesses, particularly targeting youth and women entrepreneurs, fostering entrepreneurship, job creation, and economic diversification beyond agriculture.

Key Features:

  • Loan Tenor: Up to 3 years
  • Interest Rate: 5% per annum
  • Comprehensive support including business training and advisory

Eligibility:

  • Completed application form and business plan
  • Valid means of ID, BVN, NIN, proof of residence
  • Guarantor forms, among other requirements
