Moniepoint Inc, formerly known as TeamApt Inc, has announced its Women-In-Tech Internship program for the third year. The six-month internship program is aimed at helping young African women build their careers in technology. The program will select five women for four roles, which include System Administration, Quality Assurance, Frontend Engineering, and Product Management. The women who complete the program will be considered for full-time employment.
The internship program will offer direct mentorship to the participants, a salary, work tools, merch, and an opportunity to work on live projects during the internship. The internship is open to all women across Africa who are interested in pursuing a career in technology. Interested applicants can submit their applications through the internship's website. Applications will open on March 8, which is International Women's Day and will remain open for a week. The applicants will be contacted for a virtual recruitment process after the initial review.
